Aidan Clegg

Aidan brings to Smith Square Partners extensive experience in investment banking, corporate management and private equity. He spent 22 years advising clients across a wide range of industries including in the industrial, media, retail, utilities and financial services sectors and on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), capital raising and strategic partnerships.

More recently he was Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at RBS Group (now NatWest Group) and is a founding partner of Midlothian Capital Partners, a family office investment firm which specialises in consumer assets.
