Smith Square Partners acts as financial adviser to Serco Group plc in relation to its disposal of Serco Occupational Health

Smith Square Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial adviser to Serco Group plc (“Serco”) on the disposal of its UK occupational health business in a management buyout transaction.

The new organisation, Working On Wellbeing Limited (known as Work Well), is a leading provider of occupational health and well-being services to 450,000 employees in the private and public sectors in the UK. The business operates a fully flexible service model that enables on-site, mobile and remote delivery of occupational health services including clinical triage, clinical case management, call handling and appointment management.

Serco is a FTSE 250 international service company with over 100,000 employees and revenues of circa £5bn.
