Mark Davison

Mark is an investment banker who brings to Smith Square Partners great insights on financial institutions and a deep focus on fintech, an area of business development for the firm. He has extensive experience  advising major banks, insurers and asset managers  on material corporate finance transactions. This ranges from strategic advisory M&A to capital markets, both equity and debt, and private capital raising.

Throughout his long career he has held a range of senior positions in the industry including building up and leading the corporate finance team at the specialist boutique Fox-Pitt, Kelton. Mark’s most recent activity has been in fintech as a member of the senior management team at a European fintech unicorn, and as an angel investor.
