Paul Orchart

Paul is greatly respected in the financial services sector for his comprehensive knowledge of the sector, working at the most senior levels. He has worked in a range of capacities and sectors in banking, capital markets, and securitisation including roles at major international banks J P Morgan, SG Warburg and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Paul has held advisory roles with corporates especially with respect to the financial services sector, as well as in general management.

This background places him ideally with Smith Square Partners to extend the firm’s client network and advisory capacity with major international businesses and others.

Whilst at CBA, where he headed the international businesses , Paul also took on a number of extramural activities to include the Chair of The Association of Foreign Banks, being a member of the Advisory Councils of City UK  and of the CBI Financial Services Sector. He is a Life Lieutenant of the City of London.
